Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging and any included tags or accessories. You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

Starting a return
Email milebounddogco@gmail.com before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide the authorized return address and return instructions. Do not send returns to a supplier or manufacturer, and do not send an item back without authorization.

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Milebound Dog Co. does not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from an incorrect item or another error by Milebound Dog Co.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email milebounddogco@gmail.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable. We will review the information and provide next steps. Do not discard the item or its packaging until the review is complete.

Cancellations and address changes
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 15 minutes after an order is placed. We will honor eligible cancellation requests made during that window. Address-change requests should also be sent immediately, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If an eligible return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds
We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
