Shipping policy

Shipping destinations
Milebound Dog Co. currently ships only to addresses within the United States. Service to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and PO boxes may depend on the item and supplier. If we cannot fulfill an order to the address provided, we will contact you using the information submitted with the order.

Shipping charges
Standard shipping is $8 for eligible orders under $70. Eligible orders of $70 or more receive free standard shipping. The applicable rate is calculated at checkout.

Processing and delivery
Orders may require processing time before they are handed to a carrier. Delivery timing varies by product, fulfillment partner, destination, and carrier conditions. Any delivery date shown at checkout or in tracking information is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Split shipments
Items in the same order may be fulfilled by different suppliers and may arrive in separate packages or on different dates. When available, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Address changes and cancellations
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Address-change and cancellation requests should be emailed to hello@milebounddogco.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 15 minutes after the order is placed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

Delays, missing packages, and delivery issues
Carrier delays can occur after an order ships. If tracking shows an unusual delay, delivery to the wrong location, or delivery that you cannot locate, contact hello@milebounddogco.com with your order number and the relevant tracking details. We will review the available information and provide next steps.
